About the Carver.

I am a 66 year old self taught woodcarver & graphic artist living in San Gabriel, California (20 miles East of Los Angeles).
Because I do not have a work shop I usually only design and carve small deices such as Netsuke, Canes, and such. I have only recently discovered that woodcarving has such a big following! (Chris Pye's site being my favorite!)

Most of my work is inspired by Mythology & History.
I do all of my own designs now but copied others work while teaching myself.

Would you like to contribute an interesting, contemporary, Green Man (gargoyles, grotesque etc) woodcarving?
