Chris Pye has been woodcarving for more than 30 years... and teaching carving for nearly as long.

Always looking for ways to bring his passion for the craft to a wider audience, Chris realised that the Web could provide a new and wholly different way of reaching carvers worldwide.

Sharing this vision is Chris's wife and partner, Carrie Camann, also a carver. Together they've launched Chris Pye's Woodcarving Workshops, a video-rich website featuring a library of high quality, bite-sized instructional clips, each focusing on one particular aspect of woodcarving: from tools and techniques to materials and carving projects.
