4  Roman Letters with Grid - downloadable PDF

David Zilberberg, working with my lettering book found that drawing a grid over the letters helped him sort out proportions in his mind. He kindly made up a document of them all which we can now offer to you in turn.

You must see the offering of drawn letters here and in my book as just a starting point. It is essential that you study the letterforms closely elsewhere and let your own interpretation and understanding infuse your carving.

Also, this is copyright material - © - for personal use. You must ask my permission to reproduce it elsewhere.

"The basic difference between an ordinary man and a warrior is that a warrior takes everything as a challenge while an ordinary man takes everything either as a blessing or a curse."
