Clive Hicks was the photographer for the superb "Green Man: The Archetype of our Oneness with the Earth" with author William Anderson.

Besides great photographs of Green Men, we woodcarvers need to know where to find them! This book tells us.

Not a complete list, and only a small number of photographs - but these are new, but anyone travelling around the British Isles would do well to use this book as a field guide. There are also some sites listed in France, Germany and Spain too.
Don't forget your camera and a sketchbook!

A very useful book, bringing together a lot of hard information in a clearly arranged manner.
