This book is less one of anatomy, more just a resource of anatomical photographs to mull over and study.
It has a logical structure and the table of contents reads like this:
MALE: walking, running, standing, sitting, lying, head, hands, feet FEMALE: walking standing sitting, lying, head, hands, feet
DETAILS: expressions, heads, hands, eyes and noses, mouths, ears
TWO-YEAR-OLD CHILD: standing, sitting, head, hands, feet.
There is no text, just lots of basic photographs of a few models.
I have found this book useful at times over the several years I have had it. Usually I can find just the bit of the body I want!
The photos are a little grey, a touch more contrast would make forms clearer.
The pages are arranged so that illustrations on even pages are upside down to odd ones! The idea is that you cut the spine off the book and put it in a spiral binding. Since I haven't done this, it's a little annoying...
These points aside, a good book to have but you need to couple it with another, such as Peck,
for the underlying anatomy and functions of what you are looking at.
